General Conditions Polymnia

Welcome to Polymnia Italian Language School in Cortona. Below are our General Conditions:

1. Student Eligibility:
   • Upon requesting to enroll in a course, students are required to complete a preliminary assessment test.
   • Complete Beginners only need to contact Polymnia to agree upon a suitable timetable for their lessons.
2. Booking and Deposit:
   • After the confirmation of your course, a deposit of 30% of the total course fee is required to secure your spot.
   • This deposit must be paid via PayWayMail after receiving a personal link from Polymnia within 10 days of the course availability confirmation.
   • If the deposit is not received within this period, the course reservation will be automatically canceled.
   • Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be returned.
3. Payment of Balance:
   • The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid upon arrival at Polymnia Italian Language School.
   • Payment can be made using a MasterCard, Visa, or Maestro credit card, or in cash if preferred.
